With a foundation in business analytics and robust knowledge around digital tech, I bring a strategic 'big picture' lens to customer experience work, and excel at transforming data-driven insights into exceptional CX and business wins.
While I've worked at just two companies (I tend to be loyal), I've gained my experience over a progression of diverse roles spanning 4 functional areas and 8 titles over the past 9 years.
